The role of multivendor ATM software in the omnichannel revolution

In this month's edition of RBR's Banking Automation Bulletin, editor Dominic Hirsch looks at how banks’ increasing focus on omnichannel solutions is fuelling the expansion of multivendor ATM software.

He makes reference to RBR’s new report, ATM Software 2016, and its evidence that the multivendor software market is continuing to grow. As Dominic points out, the report highlights that this expansion is due not only to the need to separate hardware and software buying. It is also due to the importance of offering customers a seamless omnichannel experience across ATMs, branches, telephone, internet and mobile banking, which multivendor software can make a reality.
